Through the training programs interested and potential partners are trained on the technicalities of implementing microfinance programs with a view to making their programs successful.
To meet the demands of various organizations engaged in microcredit, Grameen Trust organizes training programs for existing and potential partners. Through these training programs, interested and potential partners are trained on the technicalities of implementing microfinance programs with a view to making their programs successful. The training program helps the participants upgrade their knowledge and skills as well as improve their performance.

In 2008, Grameen Trust organized 6 training programs on Grameen Basics in Bangladesh and Indonesia and 1 training program on Grameen Audit in Nepal. A total of 79 participants from 35 organizations participated in the training programs. The training programs on Grameen Basics are organized in order to familiarize the partners with basic Grameen credit delivery mechanism. The participants of the training program on Grameen Audit were very satisfied, as they have found it to be very useful for running their microcredit programs successfully.
As of December 2008, Grameen Trust provided training to 1655 participants from 507 organizations of 132 countries.
